Construct-a-universe follows a complex philosophy by Jeremy Tiefenbrun called Universal Intelligence. All philosophies are trademarked masterpieces by the author Jeremy Tiefenbrun.

Universal Intelligence is a non-theistic philosophy of an intelligent flow force which surrounds the physical known universe, as well as the afterlife. Its all one reality.Death is but a metamorphosis into energy like the caterpillar to a butterfly. Death is the ultimate Illusion. Here are a couple of laws in Universal Intelligence, for example:

Philosophical viewpoint: The universe protects itself. Changes in time and space and other things all come into play with multiple pathways or outcomes in parallel universes, depending on our own choices. The universe protects itself and does not care about the living and the dead. All is in flow. So it is, so it shall be.

• Universal Intelligence is the intelligence behind the universe. There is a collective consciousness, a joining of all life together in the cosmos creating the universal intelligence. There is order and purpose, as well as disorder and chaos. All works in flow or the chi energy. Chi energy is cosmic flow which can surround all animals even humans. A universal mind is a mind that is aware of the cosmos and the order of change and man's natural evolution into a new adaptation.

• Flow: It moves like water through our souls and minds. Flow is like a river. It is the unseen lifeblood force of the universe.

• Law Three: Universal Intelligence: is the Intelligence behind the universe. Ther is order and balance to nature, but also chaos and disorder. These go hand in hand, creating free will. The universal flow is in all things. Every being great and small is in flow, including plant life. All things make up this energy that is alive.

• Law 12: Knowing the Universe's Calls. There comes a time in a person's life when a man must choose a path. The universe will not employ fate. Rather it will nudge you in a certain direction. The universe will show you doors. In the end, it is you who must go through that door.
